Purchases of study materials (excluding courses) are final and non-refundable, as the materials become available for viewing and\or downloading immediately upon purchase. Please review the detailed description provided with each file to ensure it meets your needs before completing your purchase.

You can book a private lesson by getting in touch through the platform or via communication channels (WhatsApp/email). Additionally, under the 'Private Lessons' tab, you can book an online lesson with Maram. She will contact you to finalize the details, process the payment, and send you the lesson link.
